All phases of production, pouring, mechanical dressing, heat-treating and final product inspection will be made acc. to ISO, with publishing a factory declaration of conformity.

Foundry is equipped as follows:

· Line for mechanical and manual sand moulding

· Equipment for casting and finalization
· Furnace for heat treatment of aluminium alloys

Foundry provides process design for casting an make patterns in its own pattern shop.

Speciality – die casting of aluminium fittings from AlCu4MgTi or AlSi alloys for all
kinds of electrical insulators according to the customers drawing.
